Cabins and services


  • Economy class: British Airways economy class cabin (known as Euro Traveller) available on all short-haul flights within Europe, including domestic flights within the UK. Airbus A320 series aircraft operates Heathrow and Gatwick based flights.
  • Business-class: British Airway’s business class cabin (known as Club Europe) available on all short-haul flights and allows you access to the business lounge at most airports and complimentary onboard catering.

Mid-haul and long haul:

  • First-class: British Airways Reservations offered its First class on all Airbus A380s, Boeing 777-300ERs, and Boeing 787-9/10s and some of their Boeing 777-200ERs. Depending on the aircraft type, there are between eight and fourteen private suites.
  • Club World: British Airways business class cabin (known as Club World) available on all short-haul flights and mid-haul flights and offered on all Boeing 777, Boeing 787, Airbus A318, Airbus A380, and selected Airbus A321 aircraft.
  • World Traveller Plus: British Airways premium class cabin (known as World Traveller Plus) available on all long-haul aircraft. This cabin offers wider seats, extended leg-rooms, additional seat comforts such as a larger IFE screen (on most aircraft) a footrest, and power sockets.
  • World Traveller: British Airway’s mid-haul and long-haul economy class cabin (known as World Traveller) offers seat-back entertainment, complimentary food and drink, pillows, and blankets.

British Airways Extra Baggage: Passengers are allowed to check-in up to 10 pieces of luggage per flight on British Airways, including the allocated checked luggage allowance that comes with their flights.

British Airways Musical Instruments and Sporting Equipment: Passengers can carry their Instruments and sporting equipment as part of their checked baggage allowance or additional purchased checked baggage. In some cases, British Airways may carry heavier items up to 45kg and 190cm x 75cm x 65cm.

If due for any reason, you need to cancel your booking with British Airways flight ticket, you must require to follow the cancellation procedure and the cancellation option is on its website. So before going to cancel your British Airways flight, you must know about the British Airways cancellation policy which is mentioned below.

British Airways Cancellation 24 hours:

  • You can cancel the flight only when the flight reservation is confirmed and has been received by the passenger.
  • If the flight ticket has been booked on British Airways and the passenger needs to cancel the flight due to any reason then, the cancellation will take place as per the British Airways cancellation policy.
  • If a passenger books a flight and needs to cancel it within 24 hours of the flight booking then the passenger can claim to get a full refund against the cancellation.
