JetBlue allows your travel agents to cancel your ticket within 1 business day of ticketing. JetBlue charges a fee for all changes for most advanced fares after 1 business day. JetBlue Airlines REFUNDABLE FARES:
You get a full refund for JetBlue refundable fares only if the flight was canceled from the PNR before the scheduled departure.

Below are the pet reservation policies for JetBlue you must know about:
Pet Reservations: JETBLUE only carries 4 pets on each flight, so you need to book your pet’s ticket as soon as possible.
To let the reservation agent know about you would want to travel with your pet, call at 1-800-JETBLUE to the Customer Service Team.
And your ticket will be booked over the phone after they will verify your pet’s availability on the flight you are considering. 1 pet per customer is allowed, vary on a case-by-case basis.
Pets in the Cabin: JetBlue allowed you to carry small pets (dogs, and cats) in the cabin on both domestic and international flights, only when the total weight of the pet and the carrier doesn’t exceed by 20 lbs (9 kg).
You are not allowed to carry pets on flights to/from Barbados, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, and St. Lucia.
There is a pet fee of $125 to each-way if your ticket was purchased on or after 8/27/2018.
Pets in Checked Baggage: Unluckily, JetBlue is not allowing pets to travel in the cargo hold due to extreme temperature and lack of oxygen.
Carrier Guidelines: For your pets, the carrier must be 17″ x 12.5″ x 8.5″ (43 cm x 31 cm x 21 cm) in dimension and your pet must be able to move around comfortably in the carrier throughout the journey.
The carrier must be leak-proof, and well ventilated on at least 2 sides. Your pet and carrier will count as your items. Carriers are available at JetBlue airport for $50.
Other Restrictions: Your pets will not allow to fir under the seat in the MINT cabin of JetBlue airplanes.
